The location of the hotel was very convenient, being very close to the famous sights of the city. it was near the center of the city and the train station. The staff was friendly and allowed us to drop off our bags early.
There were some issues with cleanliness, such as stained bed sheets, a blocked bathroom sink, and a moldy shower curtain.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. The prices are reasonable and you definitely get bang for your buck. The location is unbeatable, as it is very close to the famous sights of Florence and near the center of the city. The staff provides excellent service, they are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with spacious bathrooms, and they even offer a tasty breakfast.

Conveniently located in the historical center, within walking distance of major attractions. Spacious, clean room with a well-equipped bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff, despite language barriers. Efficient check-in process with secure entry codes. A comfortable stay with everything needed for a pleasant visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this Florence hotel. The location was excellent, close to the Duomo and some great restaurants. The room wasnice and neat, with a comfortable bed and a daily cleaning service. The communication was great, with clear email instructions for check-in. We reminded me of we were staying in a castle in Room 4. I highly recommend this hotel for a simple and comfortable stay in a great location.
